From the moment your surgery is confirmed, you're assigned a dedicated patient coordinator in Thailand—your personal point of contact who keeps everything organized and is there to help when questions arise.
Your coordinator is with you at key moments (hospital admission, surgery day, and discharge), and available via WhatsApp throughout your stay for any support you need. Most clients find this makes a real difference to feeling confident and looked after.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE IN THAILAND
Shortly before you travel, your patient coordinator will:
Introduce themselves via email or WhatsApp and answer any final questions
Confirm your travel and transport arrangements
Provide your final itinerary so you know what to expect
ARRIVAL & SURGERY DAY
Your patient coordinator meets you at the hospital and is there during admission and surgery day. They:
Guide you through hospital check-in
Help coordinate with the medical team
Make sure everything is explained clearly
Support you through the process
DURING YOUR RECOVERY IN THAILAND
After surgery, your patient coordinator is your main contact via WhatsApp. They help with:
Coordinating follow-up appointments if needed
Arranging transport to the hospital if required
Answering questions or helping with communication
Practical recovery guidance
They're available when you need them, so you're not left figuring things out alone.

DISCHARGE & GOING HOME
Your patient coordinator is there on discharge day to:
Help you transition from hospital back to your accommodation
Make sure you understand your post-operative care instructions
Answer any final questions
You're supported through getting settled and ready for recovery.
